Set up and operate CNC milling and turning machines to produce precision components to inch and metric specifications. Read blueprints, program machines (G/M code), inspect parts, troubleshoot dimensions, perform routine machine maintenance, and support on-time deliveries while following safety and quality standards.

The Senior Science Writer will create technical content to enhance Thorlabs' marketing efforts, manage projects, ensure timely content delivery, mentor junior writers, and support NPI initiatives, while incorporating extensive photonics knowledge.
