Support and improve metrology equipment and test methods for optical product manufacturing. Develop training, create/maintain test documentation and fixtures, troubleshoot production issues, assist in product transfers, collaborate on root cause analyses, and implement corrective actions to improve manufacturability and quality.

Provide administrative support including purchasing, bookkeeping, inventory tracking, shipping/receiving, facility coordination, meeting coordination, timekeeping, travel arrangements, and vendor liaison to maintain efficient office operations and compliance.

Design, test, and transfer mixed-signal and optoelectronic circuits to production. Lead projects and mentor junior staff; coordinate PCB prototyping and supplier interactions; write and approve assembly/test procedures; troubleshoot electronics, resolve component obsolescence and nonconformances; collaborate with software/firmware teams; improve manufacturing and test processes and verify specifications through measurement and statistical analysis.
