Provide sales ledger and purchase ledger support for Thorlabs SAS (France) and UK/France accounts: billing, credit control, customer/supplier contact in French, match payments, issue credit notes, reconcile vendor statements, support month-end, maintain KPIs, and assist with electronic invoice transmission and ledger tasks using Excel and D365.

Provide post-sales technical support for photonics products via phone, webchat, and email; troubleshoot optical applications; collaborate with engineering and global support; collect customer feedback; assist with testing, documentation, demos, and occasional trade-show support.

The NPI Engineer coordinates the transfer of new products to manufacturing, ensuring LEAN compliance, conducting DFM/DFA analysis, and developing procedures for production. Responsibilities include collaborating across teams, training staff, and designing manufacturing aids.
