Provides psychiatric oversight, clinical governance, and administrative supervision for North Carolina youth and family programs. Ensures treatment quality, regulatory compliance, evidence-based practices, high-risk case oversight, and medical necessity documentation. Works alongside a full-time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, participates in key meetings, and shares rotating after-hours on-call coverage.

Provide dependency case management for youth (0–18) with verified abuse history: manage crises, link families to services, conduct face-to-face visits, write court reports, testify, and provide on-call after-hours coverage. Focus on building protective capacities and placing youth in stable, safe homes.

Supervise daily operations and performance of case management programs serving children and families. Monitor financial, staff retention, and program outcome metrics; model leadership; support staff development; ensure compliance with licensing and background checks; coordinate with stakeholders and manage program quality and engagement.
