Supervise and develop nursing staff supporting youth behavioral health programs. Manage schedules for 24/7 coverage, recruit and coach team members, ensure medication administration and documentation compliance, coordinate with Medical Director and psychiatric staff, handle client medical concerns, and maintain CQI and regulatory standards.

Provide wraparound facilitation for youth (0-18) and families: navigate child-serving systems, support youth goal-setting and communication, model healthy relationships and coping, and coordinate services both virtually and in-person across multiple counties.

Lead statewide operations and teams for Thompson in North Carolina, overseeing program directors, financial and compliance performance, strategic growth, partnership development, and leadership development using trauma-informed practices.
