Supervise daily operations and performance of case management programs serving children and families. Monitor financial, staff retention, and program outcome metrics; model leadership; support staff development; ensure compliance with licensing and background checks; coordinate with stakeholders and manage program quality and engagement.

Provide dependency case management for children (0-17) with verified abuse history: coordinate services, link families to resources, conduct face-to-face engagement, manage crises, write court reports, and testify. Emphasizes caregiver support to improve safety, stability, and permanency; includes on-call coverage and community visits.

Manage a broad range of HR functions including employee relations and investigations, talent acquisition and full-cycle recruitment support, unemployment, workers' compensation, ADA, leaves and benefits administration, HR file compliance and audits, recredentialing, job description development, and general HR administration using a trauma-informed approach.

Provide broad HR support including employee relations and investigations, unemployment and workers' comp management, leave/benefits administration backup, recruitment support, HR compliance and file maintenance, job description development, and general HR duties in a trauma-informed organization.
