Provide wraparound facilitation for youth (0-18) and families: navigate child-serving systems, support youth goal-setting and communication, model healthy relationships and coping, and coordinate services both virtually and in-person across multiple counties.

Oversee daily operations and performance of case management programs, focusing on financials, staff retention/engagement, and program outcomes. Provide leadership, coach staff, ensure compliance, manage credentials and licensing, and support growth of the team.

The Clinical Director will supervise therapists and clinicians, ensuring high-quality care, coaching direct reports, and ensuring client needs are met.
