Supports organization-wide quality improvement and regulatory compliance for behavioral health and human services programs. Responsibilities include monitoring COA, Medicaid, state, and federal standards; conducting audits and investigations; preparing reports and corrective action follow-up; updating policies and procedures; tracking incidents and trends; facilitating CQI meetings; and supporting internal and external audit readiness.

Provides psychiatric oversight, clinical governance, and administrative supervision for North Carolina youth and family programs. Ensures treatment quality, regulatory compliance, evidence-based practices, high-risk case oversight, and medical necessity documentation. Works alongside a full-time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, participates in key meetings, and shares rotating after-hours on-call coverage.

Provide dependency case management for youth (0–18) with verified abuse history: manage crises, link families to services, conduct face-to-face visits, write court reports, testify, and provide on-call after-hours coverage. Focus on building protective capacities and placing youth in stable, safe homes.
