Responsible for architecting and maintaining scalable infrastructure, leading containerization strategies, building CI/CD pipelines, and mentoring junior engineers. Collaborate across teams to ensure secure and efficient infrastructure delivery.

Design, build, and operate reliable backend services for deposits, withdrawals, settlement, reconciliation, and financial integrations across Egypt and the UAE. Own system correctness, reliability, observability, testing, and on-call operations. Integrate with banks, payment gateways, payment providers, exchanges, and asset managers while handling failures safely. Collaborate with finance and operations teams and help expand money movement infrastructure into Saudi Arabia.

Lead the technical direction, development, operation, and reliability of high-throughput market-data feed services across multiple markets. Own system SLOs, observability, failover, infrastructure, databases, performance, and technical-debt priorities. Mentor engineers and raise engineering quality through design reviews, code reviews, pairing, and operational discipline. The role requires deep distributed-systems expertise and experience operating low-latency, highly reliable production systems.

Design, build, and operate low-latency, highly reliable market data feed services. Ensure availability during upstream failures, own SLOs and on-call, optimize performance, choose appropriate data stores (Redis, ClickHouse, Postgres), and drive reliability and operational excellence while mentoring peers.

Lead embedded security efforts across product, engineering, and infrastructure teams: drive S-SDLC, threat modeling, pen testing (web, mobile, cloud), red teaming, vulnerability management, SIEM/monitoring, incident response, tool integration, and mentor security team members while influencing the security roadmap.

Own statutory audits, regulatory reporting, financial filings, reconciliations, and audit documentation across multiple group entities. Coordinate auditors, manage requests and deadlines, prepare IFRS-based statutory accounts, respond to regulator queries, and resolve reporting issues. Build scalable trackers, templates, checklists, and working-paper standards while supporting tax compliance and cross-functional reporting activities across jurisdictions.
