Own statutory audits, regulatory reporting, financial filings, reconciliations, and audit documentation across multiple group entities. Coordinate auditors, manage requests and deadlines, prepare IFRS-based statutory accounts, respond to regulator queries, and resolve reporting issues. Build scalable trackers, templates, checklists, and working-paper standards while supporting tax compliance and cross-functional reporting activities across jurisdictions.

Design, build, and operate high-reliability services that move money (deposits, withdrawals, settlement, reconciliation) across Egypt and the UAE. Own end-to-end correctness and uptime, integrate with banks and payment providers handling partial failures and retries, improve observability, testing and on-call practices, and collaborate closely with finance and operations during regional expansion.

Lead application, infrastructure, cloud, and network security engineering across the product lifecycle. Responsibilities include threat modeling, secure development lifecycle reviews, code reviews, penetration testing, red teaming, vulnerability management, incident response, security monitoring, SIEM management, tool integration, bug-bounty support, and security roadmap development. The role also mentors security staff and partners closely with product, engineering, infrastructure, and business stakeholders.

Own Thndr's brand strategy, messaging, social, PR, campaign and launch narratives. Define positioning, audience insight, and messaging frameworks; guide social and PR; craft strategic briefs and creative direction; partner cross-functionally with Growth, Creative Studio, Product, and content to ensure consistent voice and perception across major moments. Measure success by awareness, trust, relevance, share of voice, PR visibility, and communication quality.

Responsible for architecting and maintaining scalable infrastructure, leading containerization strategies, building CI/CD pipelines, and mentoring junior engineers. Collaborate across teams to ensure secure and efficient infrastructure delivery.
