Develop storyboards, design and animate content across product, brand, educational and social channels, collaborate cross-functionally, maintain high craft standards, evolve motion language, and explore 3D and AI techniques to improve quality and speed.

Own Thndr's brand strategy, messaging, social, PR, campaign and launch narratives. Define positioning, audience insight, and messaging frameworks; guide social and PR; craft strategic briefs and creative direction; partner cross-functionally with Growth, Creative Studio, Product, and content to ensure consistent voice and perception across major moments. Measure success by awareness, trust, relevance, share of voice, PR visibility, and communication quality.

Design, build, and operate low-latency, highly reliable market data feed services. Ensure availability during upstream failures, own SLOs and on-call, optimize performance, choose appropriate data stores (Redis, ClickHouse, Postgres), and drive reliability and operational excellence while mentoring peers.

Analyze market trends and identify investment opportunities while developing actionable recommendations. Maintain equity research across markets, monitor macroeconomic trends, and communicate insights effectively.

Responsible for architecting and maintaining scalable infrastructure, leading containerization strategies, building CI/CD pipelines, and mentoring junior engineers. Collaborate across teams to ensure secure and efficient infrastructure delivery.

Design, build, and operate high-reliability services that move money (deposits, withdrawals, settlement, reconciliation) across Egypt and the UAE. Own end-to-end correctness and uptime, integrate with banks and payment providers handling partial failures and retries, improve observability, testing and on-call practices, and collaborate closely with finance and operations during regional expansion.

Lead and grow an engineering team owning the trading platform's reliability, throughput, latency, and correctness. Drive the roadmap, partner with product and stakeholders, evolve in-house OMS and back-office systems across markets, set technical direction, and coordinate with exchanges, asset managers, and regulators.
