Lead end-to-end UX/UI work: run user research and tests, produce personas, sitemaps, wireframes, interactive prototypes and high-fidelity designs; ensure accessibility; build and maintain Figma design systems; use generative AI to accelerate outputs; collaborate with PMs and developers; write specs and support business development.

The engineering manager will oversee and develop the team, manage performance, structure impactful technology initiatives, ensure quality standards, and handle human resources responsibilities.

Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles, manage employee lifecycle (onboarding, performance, HRIS), ensure Quebec labour compliance, support managers on people issues, drive compensation and benefits processes, and implement AI-driven HR automation and analytics.
