Develop native iOS and Android applications for a long-running, large-scale client project. Responsibilities include applying modern mobile development practices, independently managing complete projects, implementing mobile DevOps practices such as CI/CD, automating builds, managing certificates, monitoring applications, and using AI-assisted programming tools and agent-oriented development approaches.

Lead end-to-end UX/UI work: run user research and tests, produce personas, sitemaps, wireframes, interactive prototypes and high-fidelity designs; ensure accessibility; build and maintain Figma design systems; use generative AI to accelerate outputs; collaborate with PMs and developers; write specs and support business development.

The engineering manager will oversee and develop the team, manage performance, structure impactful technology initiatives, ensure quality standards, and handle human resources responsibilities.
