Support the communications team by creating social media graphics and videos, developing rapid-response templates, researching design trends, organizing assets, attending team meetings, and participating in the paid, in-person internship cohort from September to December.

Support and streamline internal communications across Business Operations (HR, IT, Office Ops, LOD). Maintain scheduled communications, develop communication strategy, edit/upload Mailchimp emails, post on Microsoft Teams, track engagement analytics, conduct internal comms audits, research tools, draft a style guide, shadow staff, assist coordination of staff-facing initiatives, and present end-of-term findings. Part-time, in-person internship.

Part-time, in-office internship supporting Business Operations by managing projects, maintaining monday.com workflows, coordinating cross-departmental initiatives, handling administrative and event logistics, conducting process audits, creating templates/SOPs, and presenting process improvement recommendations to the Business Operations team.
