Responsibilities include onboarding, coordinating clients with design and factory teams, identifying and resolving bottlenecks, providing product guidance, tracking account health and production milestones in HubSpot, gathering customer feedback, and identifying upselling and expansion opportunities.

Sources and vets factories, assigns RFQs, follows up on quote submissions, assists with factory onboarding, uploads quotes when needed, and maintains supplier records in CRM and internal systems. The role requires strong communication in English and Mandarin, knowledge of Chinese factory networks, organization, persistence, independent remote work, and the ability to meet SLA deadlines while managing multiple supplier activities.
