💻 The Role

We’re seeking proactive and highly organized Sourcing Representatives in China and South America to support our global manufacturing marketplace. In this role, you will play a key part in identifying and onboarding qualified factories, assigning RFQs (Request for Quotes), and ensuring quote turnaround times meet service level expectations. This is a fast-paced, detail-oriented position that requires persistence, excellent communication skills, and a strong grasp of local manufacturing landscapes.

What You’ll Do:

• Source Factories: Identify and vet suitable factories in your region to fulfill RFQs across various product categories (e.g., apparel, accessories, packaging).

• Assign RFQs: Assign RFQs to selected factories via our internal operations platform.

• Follow Up for Submissions: Ensure factories submit quotes promptly by actively following up and providing necessary support.

• Upload Quotes: If needed, upload quotes on behalf of factories that are unfamiliar with or unable to use the system.

• Factory Onboarding: Guide factories through our onboarding process and ensure they are trained on how to use our platform.

• Meet SLA Targets

• Maintain Records: Keep clear documentation of factory status, submissions, and escalations in our CRM or tracking tools.

About You:

• Based in China, with strong understanding of local factory networks

• Proficiency in English and either Mandarin or Spanish, depending on location

• Prior experience in sourcing, procurement, supplier management, or logistics

• Strong organizational and follow-up skills

• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

• Ability to multitask, manage timelines, and meet strict deadlines

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with RFQ systems or manufacturing platforms

• Previous work with e-commerce brands, supply chain teams, or B2B marketplaces

• High attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving mindset

💰 Compensation & Terms

• Base: 7000-8000 RMB per month plus commissions (junior role!)

• Engagement Type: Full-time, exclusive independent contractor role.

💻 你会做什么？

作为 Junior Sourcing Representative，你会负责中国地区的工厂寻找、供应商沟通、询价跟进和工厂入驻。

简单来说：

客户有产品需求 → 我们寻找合适的中国工厂 → 发出询价 → 跟进工厂报价 → 确保报价按时完成。

你会是整个流程中非常重要的执行者。

🔎 1. 寻找和筛选工厂

• 根据产品需求寻找中国合适的工厂和供应商

• 通过网络、行业资源、供应商平台等渠道开发新的工厂

• 初步判断工厂是否符合产品需求

• 不断建立和扩充自己的工厂资源库

• 覆盖服装、配饰、包装等不同产品类别

不需要你一开始就拥有庞大的供应商资源。

我们更希望你能够快速学习如何寻找和判断合适的工厂。

📋 2. 处理 RFQ（询价）

当客户有新的产品需求时，你将：

• 了解产品要求

• 找到合适的工厂

• 通过我们的内部系统发送 RFQ

• 跟进工厂报价

• 确保报价在规定时间内完成

你不需要自己负责复杂的采购谈判或供应链战略。

你的核心任务是：找到合适的人，并把事情推进下去。

📞 3. 跟进工厂

这是这个岗位非常重要的一部分。

很多工厂可能不会第一次联系就及时回复，因此你需要主动：

• 微信联系

• 电话沟通

• 邮件跟进

• 提醒工厂提交报价

• 解答工厂在报价过程中遇到的问题

• 对迟迟没有回复的工厂持续跟进

如果你喜欢与人沟通，并且不介意反复 follow up，这会非常适合你。

💻 4. 协助工厂使用平台

部分工厂可能不熟悉我们的系统。

你需要：

• 指导工厂完成注册和入驻

• 帮助他们理解平台操作流程

• 必要时协助上传报价

• 确保工厂能够顺利完成后续 RFQ

你会逐渐成为工厂和 THE/STUDIO 之间的重要沟通桥梁。

📊 5. 管理进度和记录

• 跟踪 RFQ 和报价状态

• 记录工厂沟通情况

• 更新 CRM 和内部系统

• 确保任务按照 SLA 和截止时间完成

• 及时发现并升级无法解决的问题
