Lead QA for European manufacturing and field sites, perform factory and on-site inspections, drive 8D/Six Sigma problem solving, produce reports (RCAs, corrective action plans), coordinate with engineering, operations, and factory leadership, and track closure of quality items.

Manage Europe finance operations including supplier onboarding, purchase orders, invoicing, AR/AP, budgeting, forecasting using Epicor/ERP data, ensure compliance and internal controls, drive process improvements, and partner with leadership and accounting to present financial insights and recommendations.

Lead global accounting operations across multiple entities, ensure US GAAP/IFRS compliance, manage close and consolidations, strengthen internal controls and SOX programs, drive ERP implementation and financial systems transformation, partner with tax, FP&A, and auditors, and support M&A accounting and international project controllership.
