Administers ThermalWorks’ environmental, health, and safety program across construction, HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, and data center projects. Responsibilities include permit and pre-task reviews, field inspections, lockout/tagout and confined-space audits, training and certification tracking, incident investigation, OSHA/EPA recordkeeping, corrective-action management, emergency response, and regulatory and host-site coordination. The role exercises stop-work authority and requires extensive travel to field locations.

Owns the end-to-end quote and change order tracking process, including request logging, turnaround monitoring, quote review, aging follow-up, status updates, and contract linkage. Produces reporting and revenue or cash flow forecasting support, coordinates with Sales, Accounting, Project Management, and commercial engineering, and ensures accurate handoff from awarded quotes to active projects.

Provides first-line technical support for corporate offices and data center environments. Responsibilities include troubleshooting users, installing and maintaining hardware and software, monitoring servers and networks, managing accounts and access permissions, enforcing security policies, maintaining asset inventories, creating knowledgebase content, training users, and supporting upgrades, cloud migrations, and infrastructure projects.
