Owner of top-of-funnel demand generation: run paid ads, organize in-person events and partnerships, launch products, shape brand messaging, run creative experiments, and measure attribution to drive pipeline.

Lead growth experiments end-to-end to drive activation, 30-day retention, referrals, and channel expansion. Build onboarding, retention/expansion programs, analytics and automation, and scale successful experiments across SEO, partnerships, and community, working closely with product, CEO, and ops.

As the NYC founding engineer, you'll own core systems for global payroll and money movement, ship end-to-end product features, help lead a 5+ engineer India team, build the in-person NYC engineering culture, work directly with the CEO, and influence hiring and roadmap execution.
