The Staffing Supervisor manages caregiver teams, oversees scheduling, ensures compliance with labor regulations, and conducts performance evaluations, while also supporting employee relations issues and maintaining quality of care standards.

Lead internal communications strategy and execution across email, intranet, newsletters, Workplace, and events. Produce content for leadership updates, town halls, DEI and wellness campaigns, and short-form visual media. Manage editorial calendar, intranet (LumApps), vendor relationships, and consult teams on messaging to strengthen employee engagement and culture.

Manage day-to-day execution and operational support for national referral partnerships. Coordinate onboarding, billing, compliance, reporting (Salesforce/Tableau), cross-functional deliverables, partner communications, and project timelines to ensure smooth, consistent partnership operations.
