Provide afterhours and weekend telephone and ticketing support for multiple locations nationwide. Handle inbound tickets and occasional live calls, deliver exceptional phone and email customer service, document interactions, resolve requests, update systems, coordinate with field teams, and accept coaching to continuously improve.

Support company-wide regulatory compliance for home care/home health: maintain licenses and registrations, prepare and coordinate regulatory filings, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, assist audits and corrective actions, develop workflows and process improvements, track compliance metrics, and support the Director of Compliance on research, investigations, and special projects.

Supervise clinical staff, manage client cases, assess client needs, coordinate care, ensure regulatory compliance, and perform evaluations and training.
