The Senior Accountant owns monthly close activities, journal entries, reconciliations, financial reporting, complex accounting areas, flux analysis, audit support, and internal controls. The role researches accounting issues, develops procedures, drives process improvements and automation, and partners with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include accounting for stock compensation, intercompany activity, foreign currency, cloud implementation costs, estimates, and financial disclosures while ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP and company policies.

Lead and manage all corporate tax functions across the U.S., Canada, and Australia. Ensure tax compliance, oversee filings and tax provisions, partner with external advisors, support M&A, develop tax policies and controls, and advise internal stakeholders while leading and mentoring a tax team.
