Support development and maintenance of construction site health and safety programs. Conduct inspections, lead training and emergency drills, investigate incidents, implement corrective actions, ensure regulatory compliance, maintain safety records, and promote a positive safety culture on site.

Act as owners representative overseeing contractors for new builds and tenant improvements. Manage project lifecycle: scope, budget, schedule, risk, change orders, stakeholder communication, and closeout reporting.

Lead multiple construction projects from design through close-out, managing schedules, budgets, subcontractor contracts, QA/QC, permitting, procurement, invoicing, and reporting. Provide technical leadership, improve PM processes, run design reviews, and ensure safety and timely delivery across light industrial and commercial design-build projects.

Coordinate project drawings and technical communications between clients, PMs, drafting, and plant operations. Support estimating, material procurement, PO tracking, and project administration. Maintain drawing registers, RFIs, submittal trackers, schedules, and documentation to keep multiple precast manufacturing and construction projects on track.

Serve as owners representative during tenant improvements: manage schedules, budgets, contracts, change orders, quality control, and stakeholder communications to ensure projects finish on time and within budget.

Manage and grow relationships within York's existing tenant portfolio to drive renewals, expansions, relocations, and build-to-suit deals. Coordinate with Property Management, Client Success, and internal technical teams to evaluate feasibility, prepare proposals, negotiate offers, draft LOIs/leases, maintain CRM pipeline, and represent York in market and client engagements.
