Support development and maintenance of construction health and safety programs. Conduct site inspections, safety training, incident investigations, emergency preparedness, documentation, compliance checks, and promote a positive safety culture while reporting to the HSE Manager.

Serve as owner’s representative and primary liaison for tenants, clients, contractors, and internal teams. Oversee construction and tenant-improvement projects through initiation, planning, monitoring, and closeout. Manage scope, schedule, budget, change orders, risk, quality, and stakeholder communication. Deliver project status reporting and lessons-learned documentation.

Assist in producing precast and prestressed concrete products: prepare forms, place rebar and embeds, pour and finish concrete, strip forms, perform patching/grinding, operate tools and equipment, maintain safety and quality, and support material handling and cross-training.

Support development and maintenance of construction site health and safety programs. Conduct inspections, lead training and emergency drills, investigate incidents, implement corrective actions, ensure regulatory compliance, maintain safety records, and promote a positive safety culture on site.

Coordinate project drawings and technical communications between clients, PMs, drafting, and plant operations. Support estimating, material procurement, PO tracking, and project administration. Maintain drawing registers, RFIs, submittal trackers, schedules, and documentation to keep multiple precast manufacturing and construction projects on track.
