Supports a high-volume construction accounts payable function by managing the billing inbox, processing and coding invoices in Yardi, coordinating payments, reconciling vendor statements, resolving discrepancies, handling vendor inquiries, performing credit card reconciliations, setting up vendors, and assisting with month-end procedures.

Process accurate, timely payroll for multiple entities, including pay changes, deductions, remittances, reconciliations, year-end reporting, T4s, and ROEs. Administer employee benefits, manage enrollments and life events, reconcile invoices, maintain records in Payworks and BambooHR, answer employee questions, and support compliance with Canadian payroll legislation and Alberta employment standards.

Manages full-cycle recruitment across York’s realty, construction, precast, and shared-services organizations. Builds pipelines for high-volume and hard-to-fill skilled trades, site, plant, and manufacturing roles; sources candidates through cold calling, job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and events. Coordinates agencies and interviews, maintains BambooHR records, reports recruiting metrics, supports compliance, communicates labor-market trends, and delivers a strong candidate and client experience.

Supports project accounting across a commercial real estate portfolio, including budget-to-actual tracking, forecasting, variance analysis, accruals, WIP reporting, cost commitments, financing requests, and stakeholder reporting. The role maintains accurate project costs for development, tenant improvement, and landlord work, assists with process improvements, and advises on tenant chargebacks and cost allocations.

Manages tenant improvement and landlord construction projects from initiation through closeout. Serves as liaison among tenants, clients, contractors, and internal teams; administers leases and property-service contracts; oversees budgets, schedules, risks, change orders, costs, and quality. Maintains project records and reporting, resolves tenant service issues, monitors contractual obligations, and supports continuous improvement. The role requires regular travel to client and job sites throughout Edmonton and surrounding municipalities.

Leads York Realty’s Client Solutions and Success sales department, owning team performance, corporate sales targets, pipeline development, sales culture, client relationships, and departmental budgets. Responsibilities include hiring, coaching, performance management, process development, cross-functional alignment with marketing and client success, stakeholder reporting, strategic planning, technology adoption, and escalation management. The role focuses on developing a high-performing team and expanding existing client relationships through repeat business, referrals, and portfolio opportunities.

Create York’s visual brand identity across campaigns, proposals, presentations, emails, case studies, and other brand collateral. Develop concepts, layouts, storyboards, templates, and graphics that support client pursuits and business development. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate strategy and data into compelling designs, maintain proposal and media libraries, monitor design trends, and troubleshoot shifting priorities while meeting deadlines. Attend broker and industry events as required.
