Manages full-cycle recruitment across York’s realty, construction, precast, and shared-services organizations. Builds pipelines for high-volume and hard-to-fill skilled trades, site, plant, and manufacturing roles; sources candidates through cold calling, job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and events. Coordinates agencies and interviews, maintains BambooHR records, reports recruiting metrics, supports compliance, communicates labor-market trends, and delivers a strong candidate and client experience.
