Monitors Ryan White Part B compliance through monthly case file audits, payment request reviews, policy and procedure updates, service tracking, eligibility verification, inventory oversight, and reporting. The coordinator works with case management staff to resolve compliance issues, maintains required documentation in CareWare and Medent, supports grant reporting, and serves as a liaison with the United Way to ensure adherence to federal, state, contractual, and program standards.

Serves as the front-office contact for patients and visitors in a busy health center. Responsibilities include scheduling, patient registration and intake, demographic and insurance verification, copay collection, EMR management, record scanning, triage creation, phone support, compliance with HIPAA and insurance requirements, and explaining available health center programs. The role requires flexible scheduling, cross-coverage, accurate data handling, confidentiality, and strong patient service.

Leads retention and re-engagement efforts by tracking patients out of care, conducting outreach, reducing care gaps, and supporting viral suppression. Collaborates with providers and community organizations, maintains CAREWare and medical record data, participates in quality improvement, and ensures program compliance.

Associate Counsel coordinates legal risk detection and mitigation, oversees non-clinical compliance, HIPAA privacy and security, insurance, risk management, litigation support, and safe event reporting. The role develops policies, audits protected health information access, manages compliance training, ensures provider licensing and malpractice coverage, investigates incidents, and advises organizational leaders on legal and risk matters.

Executive leader overseeing graduate medical education operations, accreditation, policy governance, compliance, financial management, staffing, scheduling, learner lifecycle administration, and clinical-academic integration. The role manages GME performance metrics, ACGME reviews, institutional policies, resident recruitment and onboarding, affiliation agreements, cost-center reconciliation, stipends, contracts, and operational improvement initiatives while supporting faculty, residents, fellows, and educational leaders.

Lead pharmacy and vaccine financial operations including reimbursement reconciliation, third‑party A/R monitoring, financial reporting, vaccine billing workflow coordination, and process improvements. Liaise across Pharmacy, Revenue Cycle, Finance, payers, TPAs and vendors to ensure accurate claim routing, payment reconciliation, audit support, and 340B-related activities.

Serve as Legal Operations Lead: administer Compliatric, manage contract intake/triage and SLAs, track expirations/renewals, audit outside counsel invoices, maintain document retention and legal repositories, oversee legal spend, and provide administrative support for investigations and audits.

Provide clinical support, care coordination, and patient outreach in an infectious disease clinic. Duties include medication administration, lab coordination, vaccinations, transition-of-care follow-up, documentation in the EMR, maintaining registries, and supporting retention and quality-improvement initiatives for HIV, Hepatitis C, and other infectious disease patients.

Serve as the health center front-office point of contact, handling patient scheduling, registration, insurance verification, copay collection, EMR data entry/scanning, phone triage, and patient intake/checkout. Manage inpatient and outpatient claim creation, submission, follow-up, appeals, and denial resolution. Verify payer rules (Medicare/Medicaid/commercial), respond to inquiries, maintain HIPAA compliance, support billing education, implement payer bulletin changes, and assist revenue cycle process improvements.

Lead HR functions including employee relations, HRIS administration, recruitment, compliance, reporting, training, and strategic HR initiatives. Partner with leadership to implement HR systems, manage performance processes, conduct investigations, oversee unemployment and regulatory reporting, and support opening new clinical sites. Serve as HRIS super-user, deliver manager training, and drive data-informed HR programs to foster an inclusive workforce.

Manage coding, billing, and compliance for inpatient/outpatient claims and CCM billing. Oversee coding and training teams, ensure timely clean claims, audit documentation, monitor AR, implement education and compliance programs, and liaise with providers and payers to maximize reimbursement and regulatory adherence.

Support Ryan White Infectious Disease Clinic operations by managing hygiene/cleaning product program and on-site food pantry, performing CAREWare and Medent data entry, maintaining inventory and financial records, coordinating orders and distributions, handling mail/faxes, tracking program compliance, assisting events and meetings, and supporting clinic workflow.
