Serve as the front-office point of contact for patients, scheduling and registering visits, verifying insurance, managing EMR records and triage creation, collecting copays, supporting billing/financial options, ensuring regulatory and HIPAA compliance, answering phones, and covering extended hours and multiple locations.

Provide front-desk clinical administrative support including patient scheduling, registration, intake and check-out, insurance verification, copay collection, EMR data entry and triage creation, scanning records, phone coverage, and ensuring adherence to HIPAA and insurance/clinic compliance. Participate in extended access hours and cross-coverage across locations.

Serve as front‑desk point of contact for patients: schedule and register visits, verify insurance, manage copays and cash accounts, maintain EMR records, scan and triage charts, answer phones, support extended hours and cross‑site coverage, and ensure HIPAA and compliance with center policies.

Manage and resolve outstanding accounts receivable by researching denials, resubmitting claims, posting payments, correcting billing errors, communicating with payers/patients/facilities, identifying trends, preparing refunds/write-off recommendations, creating reports, training staff, and supporting revenue cycle goals.

Lead HR functions including employee relations, HRIS administration, recruitment, compliance, reporting, training, and strategic HR initiatives. Partner with leadership to implement HR systems, manage performance processes, conduct investigations, oversee unemployment and regulatory reporting, and support opening new clinical sites. Serve as HRIS super-user, deliver manager training, and drive data-informed HR programs to foster an inclusive workforce.

Manage inpatient and outpatient claim creation, submission, follow-up, appeals, and denial resolution. Verify payer rules (Medicare/Medicaid/commercial), respond to inquiries, maintain HIPAA compliance, support billing education, implement payer bulletin changes, and assist revenue cycle process improvements.

Support Ryan White Infectious Disease Clinic operations by managing hygiene/cleaning product program and on-site food pantry, performing CAREWare and Medent data entry, maintaining inventory and financial records, coordinating orders and distributions, handling mail/faxes, tracking program compliance, assisting events and meetings, and supporting clinic workflow.

Provide administrative support and program management for residency/fellowship programs: maintain evaluation and scheduling systems, ensure ACGME compliance, manage trainee records, coordinate rotations/onboarding, assist with accreditation reporting and exams, and support program events and faculty development.

Provide clinical quality management and data analysis for Ryan White HIV/ID programs. Maintain CQM plans, collect/validate data, create dashboards/reports, coordinate CAREware/MEDENT reporting, lead QI meetings, support RSR and HRSA reporting, and train users.

Manage coding, billing, and compliance for inpatient/outpatient claims and CCM billing. Oversee coding and training teams, ensure timely clean claims, audit documentation, monitor AR, implement education and compliance programs, and liaise with providers and payers to maximize reimbursement and regulatory adherence.

Manage regulatory training programs, maintain compliance databases, run reporting (Venops), liaise with IT to build tracking systems, support emergency preparedness and risk mitigation, produce executive and Board materials, coordinate department administration, travel regionally, and lead process improvements.

Provide administrative and accreditation support for residency/fellowship programs: manage evaluations, scheduling, ACGME reporting, trainee onboarding, faculty/resident communication, exam logistics, databases (MyEvaluations, AmIon), and assist with program accreditation and visa processing as needed.

Post and reconcile insurance and patient payments, process denials and adjustments, follow up on aged receivables, prepare refunds and deposits, use online payer resources and EMR tools, and support revenue cycle tasks to maintain accurate billing operations.

Manage inpatient and outpatient claims processing end-to-end: create and submit clean claims, follow up on denials and appeals, resolve patient and payer billing issues, ensure compliance with Medicare/Medicaid and payer rules, contribute to billing/coding education, use online verification tools, and maintain HIPAA confidentiality.
