Serve as the front-office point of contact for patients: schedule and register patients, verify insurance, collect copays, manage EMR records and triage creation, support outreach/enrollment and sliding-fee programs, adhere to HIPAA and compliance requirements, rotate extended hours and cross-cover other sites, and perform cash/account management and administrative duties to maintain clinic efficiency.

Provide high-level confidential administrative support to the SVP overseeing legal, governance, compliance, and advocacy. Manage complex calendaring, high-volume email triage, meeting preparation and minutes, executive deliverables tracking, departmental financials, timecards, and travel. Serve as primary liaison with internal leaders, board members, counsel and external partners while maintaining strict confidentiality and cross-training with other executive assistants.

Provide clinical support, care coordination, and patient outreach in an infectious disease clinic. Duties include medication administration, lab coordination, vaccinations, transition-of-care follow-up, documentation in the EMR, maintaining registries, and supporting retention and quality-improvement initiatives for HIV, Hepatitis C, and other infectious disease patients.
