Monitors Ryan White Part B compliance through monthly case file audits, payment request reviews, policy and procedure updates, service tracking, eligibility verification, inventory oversight, and reporting. The coordinator works with case management staff to resolve compliance issues, maintains required documentation in CareWare and Medent, supports grant reporting, and serves as a liaison with the United Way to ensure adherence to federal, state, contractual, and program standards.

Serves as the front-office contact for patients and visitors in a busy health center. Responsibilities include scheduling, patient registration and intake, demographic and insurance verification, copay collection, EMR management, record scanning, triage creation, phone support, compliance with HIPAA and insurance requirements, and explaining available health center programs. The role requires flexible scheduling, cross-coverage, accurate data handling, confidentiality, and strong patient service.

Serves as the front-office point of contact for patients and visitors. Schedules appointments, registers and checks in patients, verifies insurance, collects copays, manages patient information in the EMR, scans records, handles calls, and explains available health center resources. Ensures HIPAA, identification, billing, and authorization compliance while supporting a fast-paced clinical environment, extended hours, and cross-location coverage.
