Design intuitive web and mobile experiences from research and first principles. Create wireframes, prototypes, and user-centered interfaces, collaborating with creative, technology, and accounts teams. Iterate based on feedback and usability, challenge assumptions, explore multiple solutions, and own designs through final execution. The role requires strong design-tool skills, understanding of accessibility and responsive design, independent problem-solving, curiosity, and confidence communicating design decisions.
