Support project managers and engineers to coordinate schedules, track deliverables, maintain documentation, generate performance reports, facilitate stakeholder communication, identify risks, and improve processes to keep engineering and infrastructure projects on schedule and aligned with scope.

Lead K-12, commercial, and private architectural projects from programming and conceptual design through construction administration. Coordinate closely with in-house structural, civil, and MEP teams, ensure code and accessibility compliance, manage client relationships and presentations, oversee drawings/specifications, conduct constructability reviews, and support schedule, budget, and issue resolution.

Coordinate daily shipping and receiving, maintain ERP and inventory records, prepare shipping documentation, communicate with warehouse teams, vendors, carriers, and stakeholders, assist with RFQs, cycle counts, ISO-quality recordkeeping, and continuous improvement efforts in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
