Maintain and secure a hybrid Microsoft environment (on-prem AD and Entra ID), manage Windows devices with Intune, migrate GPOs to Intune, enforce endpoint security and compliance (HIPAA/HITECH), provide Tier 2/3 support, participate in after-hours incident response, and collaborate on infrastructure modernization and documentation.

Provide Tier 2 technical support and escalation for workstations, endpoints, Microsoft 365 services, MDM, networking, printers, and virtual meeting spaces. Troubleshoot complex issues, document incidents, assist onboarding/offboarding, support HIPAA-compliant security practices, collaborate with MSPs and vendors, and participate in IT projects and occasional after-hours/on-call support.

Supervise and support direct care staff for youth residential programs: provide training, behavior management oversight, crisis intervention, staffing/coverage coordination, administrative duties, and ensure safety, licensing, and treatment-plan implementation.

Provide temporary relief and support to caregivers and youth in-home or community settings; coordinate placements with families and staff; apply trauma-informed behavior management and crisis de-escalation; assist with daily activities and transportation; engage families and mentors; maintain professional interactions.

Lead daily operations of marketing and communications, develop and execute integrated marketing, PR, digital and social strategies, manage staff and workflows, oversee website and creative direction, cultivate media relationships, support fundraising and recruitment communications, measure and report on campaign performance.

Manage regional full-cycle recruiting and candidate experience, build talent pipelines and college recruiting relationships, handle pre‑onboarding tasks, collect and analyze recruiting metrics, and support HR business partners and hiring managers to improve time-to-fill, retention, and hiring processes.

Provide clinical and technical supervision for Family Engagement Supervisors, ensure contractual and regulatory compliance, oversee workforce development, implement evidence-based practices, manage budgets, represent the organization to external agencies, and perform related duties to support child welfare services.

Provide general office administration and recordkeeping for a youth behavioral health program: manage correspondence, phone coverage, filing (including SACWIS/CATT/EHR), supplies, reimbursements, and support bookkeeping/payroll while maintaining confidentiality and auditing files.

Supervise the Kinship Department to recruit, approve, and retain kinship providers; coordinate out-of-home placements, provider contracts and payments; ensure compliance with ORC/OAC and contractual standards; manage kinship coordinators, track placement data, provide training and support, and collaborate with program leadership to reduce placement disruptions.

Oversee clinical support and escalation for OhioRISE care coordination teams, provide in-person supervision and consultation for high-acuity youth, conduct internal reviews and transition/discharge planning, collect and report metrics, lead meetings and training for supervisors, and ensure documentation and safety plans meet program requirements.

Provide direct behavioral care and clinical support to youth: implement Collaborative Problem Solving and trauma-informed models, supervise clients, deliver individual/group services and documentation, attend treatment team meetings, support education and transport clients, perform crisis management including de-escalation and restraints.

Supervise and train direct care staff in behavior management and therapeutic relationships, support treatment plans and outpatient groups, handle on-call emergencies and staffing, perform administrative duties, ensure facility safety and licensing compliance, and participate in youth discipline and crisis intervention.

Provide paralegal support for child welfare cases including preparing legal documents, filing motions, organizing case files, scheduling interviews, assisting with trial preparation, and maintaining case logs to ensure timely legal service.

Provide clinical supervision to therapists, oversee intake/referrals and Individual Service Plans, deliver individual/family/group therapy and crisis intervention, ensure fidelity to clinical models, complete documentation, coordinate case management, attend IEPs and team meetings, and support placement and partial hospitalization activities.
