Provides clinical supervision and behavioral health treatment for youth and families. Responsibilities include individual, family, and group therapy; crisis counseling; clinical intake and referrals; treatment-plan development and oversight; case management; documentation; staff supervision; coordination with families, agencies, courts, and schools; and implementation of trauma-informed clinical models. The role also requires home-visit travel, crisis management, restraint training, and compliance with organizational care standards.

Supervises direct-care staff supporting youth behavioral health programs. Responsibilities include staff training and performance reviews, outpatient group coverage, treatment-plan support, crisis intervention, youth discipline, scheduling, facility inspections, licensing and safety compliance, supply approvals, transportation assistance, and extensive on-call coverage.

Supervises direct-care staff and supports behavioral treatment programs for youth in residential care. Responsibilities include staff training and performance reviews, group coverage, treatment-plan support, crisis intervention, juvenile court involvement, scheduling, facility inspections, licensing and safety compliance, on-call response, transportation assistance, and resource purchasing. The role requires strong communication, de-escalation, time management, physical ability to use restraints, and a valid Ohio driver’s license.
