Teams at The Village Network

Supervise direct care staff, support therapeutic youth treatment programs, assist with treatment plans and intervention strategies, manage staffing schedules and coverage, respond to crises and on-call emergencies, oversee facility safety and licensing requirements, participate in discipline and court matters, and support transportation and special activities.

Provides behavior management, mental health support, crisis intervention, tutoring, supervision, and clinical documentation for youth in school-based and outpatient settings. Collaborates with families, teachers, and treatment teams; applies trauma-informed models, Collaborative Problem Solving, de-escalation techniques, and approved restraints. May assist with transportation and travel between client homes and service sites.

Administers the agency’s hybrid Microsoft IT environment, including Active Directory, Entra ID, Intune, Windows devices, Group Policy, endpoint security, patching, and compliance controls. Provides Tier 2/3 support, troubleshoots infrastructure and security incidents, maintains documentation, trains staff, and supports modernization initiatives. Participates in after-hours on-call response for cybersecurity alerts, outages, and critical technical issues.
