Maintain and secure a hybrid Microsoft environment (on-prem AD and Entra ID), manage Windows devices with Intune, migrate GPOs to Intune, enforce endpoint security and compliance (HIPAA/HITECH), provide Tier 2/3 support, participate in after-hours incident response, and collaborate on infrastructure modernization and documentation.

Provide Tier 2 technical support and escalation for workstations, endpoints, Microsoft 365 services, MDM, networking, printers, and virtual meeting spaces. Troubleshoot complex issues, document incidents, assist onboarding/offboarding, support HIPAA-compliant security practices, collaborate with MSPs and vendors, and participate in IT projects and occasional after-hours/on-call support.

Supervise and support direct care staff for youth residential programs: provide training, behavior management oversight, crisis intervention, staffing/coverage coordination, administrative duties, and ensure safety, licensing, and treatment-plan implementation.
