The role supports customer care strategy and requires strong writing, communication, collaboration, attention to detail, and data-analysis skills.

Leads the Data QA strategy across data platforms and products. Designs automated testing frameworks for ETL/ELT pipelines, transformations, integrations, reporting layers, and large datasets. Performs validation, reconciliation, defect investigation, and root-cause analysis while embedding quality throughout the development lifecycle. Mentors QA Engineers, establishes testing standards, and promotes automation, continuous improvement, and AI-enabled testing practices.
