Leads Very’s digital product strategy across Web and App, including CRO, UX, research, experimentation, customer journeys, AI and personalisation. Owns product portfolio direction, roadmaps, investment decisions and commercial outcomes such as conversion, profitability and customer value. Leads Product, UX, Research and Experimentation teams, develops senior talent, aligns cross-functional stakeholders and drives complex change across the business.

Leads a large data engineering organization, including multiple engineering managers and approximately 40 engineers and analysts. Sets data engineering strategy, oversees cloud adoption and platform modernization, and delivers secure, scalable data products. Develops engineering leaders, manages technical debt and roadmaps, promotes modern engineering practices, and partners with product, architecture, technology, and business stakeholders to align data capabilities with organizational goals.

Lead the product strategy and vision for Very’s onboarding, checkout, and My Account journeys across app and website. Manage and develop Product Leaders, align Product, Technology, UX, Analytics, Commercial, and Trading teams, and use customer research, experimentation, analytics, AI, and commercial insight to improve customer experience, conversion, and revenue. Present investment cases and influence senior leadership.
