Design, build and operate scalable, production-grade data pipelines and cloud-based data platform components. Improve platform performance, cost and observability, own solutions from design to production, troubleshoot incidents, drive engineering standards, and mentor other engineers while collaborating with product and platform teams.

Deliver annual budgets, quarterly and rolling forecasts, financial modelling and five-year plans. Prepare planning analysis and presentations, challenge assumptions, identify risks/opportunities, drive process improvements, and provide commercial insight to stakeholders including executives.

Lead design, build and run front-end and/or back-end systems within agile squads. Own full SDLC, architecture, CI/CD, code quality, non-functional requirements, monitoring, and run support. Mentor engineers, drive engineering standards, and influence technical roadmap across squads.
