Develops engineering leaders, recruits and retains talent, promotes modern engineering practices, and partners with product, architecture, delivery, and business stakeholders to align data capabilities with organizational goals.

Lead a team managing technology and home appliance brand partnerships across Very Media Group. Develop integrated retail media campaigns, secure partner investment, manage budgets and forecasts, coordinate internal and external stakeholders, protect brand standards, and measure campaign performance. Build strategic relationships with partners including Apple, Samsung, and SharkNinja while delivering commercial growth, customer value, and innovative multi-channel marketing campaigns.

Lead technical direction and design of customer-facing software using TypeScript, React, Nest.js and AWS. Drive scalability, security, performance and operational excellence, build reusable patterns, coach engineers, and collaborate with product, architecture and engineering leaders to raise standards across squads.
