Support the Treasurer in managing a £1.7bn securitisation structure and day-to-day treasury operations: cash management, customer payments, interest cost control, bank and third-party relationships, forecasting, reporting, and providing SME input for strategic projects and compliance activities.

Lead design, build and run front-end and/or back-end systems within agile squads. Own full SDLC, architecture, CI/CD, code quality, non-functional requirements, monitoring, and run support. Mentor engineers, drive engineering standards, and influence technical roadmap across squads.

Lead strategies to personalize financial services offers, leveraging data and machine learning. Manage a high-performing analytics team and ensure clear product performance measurement.
