Prepares meals and snacks according to menus and special dietary requirements, cleans and sanitizes kitchen areas and equipment, packages and labels food, delivers items using company vehicles, serves meals and beverages, supports catering, and participates in required training.

Manage and administer employee leave and attendance programs (FMLA, STD/LTD, workers' comp, military/jury leave). Track, verify, and audit timecards and leave records, ensure compliance with federal/state laws, liaise with payroll/benefits/TPAs, support supervisors and employees, generate reports, handle discipline related to attendance, and assist with system testing and process improvements.

Assist the ATF supervisor by coordinating and supervising programming carried out by DSPs, ensure implementation of individual ISPs and daily schedules, train staff, pass medications and document, support community outings, attend required in-service training and meetings, and perform related duties.

Lead nursing team on assigned shifts, provide comprehensive resident assessments and emergency care, oversee medication administration and documentation, train/precept staff, coordinate with interdisciplinary team, and assist DON/ADON with supervision and staffing.

Lead fundraising and communications efforts in partnership with the CEO and leadership: identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward donors; manage grants and donor data; draft appeals and marketing materials; plan and oversee fundraising events and facility rentals; grow volunteer and corporate partnerships; manage marketing materials and Events Committee; attend community meetings to increase visibility and donor retention.

Provide advocacy and coordination of Individual Support Plans (ISPs) for adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities. Assess needs, ensure medical care and documentation compliance, train and supervise DSPs, monitor progress and house funds, schedule/attend medical appointments, maintain medication administration and practicum observer certifications, act as certified investigator on-call, and support ISP development, reviews, and regulatory compliance.

Lead nursing team on shift delivering direct care to residents, perform assessments, manage emergencies, administer medications, maintain documentation and supplies, train and precept staff, coordinate with DON/ADON and the interdisciplinary team, and assist with staffing and nursing oversight.

The Regional Program Director oversees residential services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, ensuring compliance, quality care, staff supervision, and operational management across multiple homes.
