Assist the ATF supervisor by coordinating and supervising day program activities, implementing individual service plans (ISPs), training and supporting DSPs, administering medications and documentation, participating in staff in‑service training, organizing community outings, and performing related duties to ensure goal implementation and client safety.

Manage and administer employee leave and attendance programs (FMLA, STD/LTD, workers' comp, military/jury leave). Track, verify, and audit timecards and leave records, ensure compliance with federal/state laws, liaise with payroll/benefits/TPAs, support supervisors and employees, generate reports, handle discipline related to attendance, and assist with system testing and process improvements.

Lead fundraising and communications efforts in partnership with the CEO and leadership: identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward donors; manage grants and donor data; draft appeals and marketing materials; plan and oversee fundraising events and facility rentals; grow volunteer and corporate partnerships; manage marketing materials and Events Committee; attend community meetings to increase visibility and donor retention.
