Assist with migration, review, formatting, and organization of 500+ policies into a new policy management platform. Support workflow testing, meeting notes, project tracking, QA reviews, and cross-department coordination.

Lead nursing team on shift delivering direct care to residents, perform assessments, manage emergencies, administer medications, maintain documentation and supplies, train and precept staff, coordinate with DON/ADON and the interdisciplinary team, and assist with staffing and nursing oversight.

Advocate for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities by developing, supervising, and coordinating Individual Support Plans (ISPs). Complete assessments, ensure regulatory compliance, monitor progress, manage medications and house funds, train and supervise DSPs, schedule and follow-up on medical care, serve as on-call certified investigator as needed, and maintain required documentation and certifications.
