Provide mechanical engineering review and owner’s-rep services for HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems; perform feasibility and conceptual studies; review consultant designs; support commissioning, handover, technical guideline maintenance, and troubleshooting across campus projects.

Provide HR management and advisory services to senior leaders and staff across Provost and VP Academic and VP Research portfolios. Deliver employee relations guidance, labour relations interpretation, coaching, recruitment and succession support, accommodation and return-to-work planning, attendance and training programs, and lead HR initiatives and case resolutions. Support senior appointment processes and partner with HR teams to implement policies and programs.

Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the PI and research team, managing communications, scheduling, travel, financial administration, bookkeeping, purchasing, approvals, grants support, credentialing, and event logistics while maintaining discretion and accuracy.
