Perform routine entry-level histology and lab support tasks including preparing specimens from paraffin blocks, labeling and tracking slides, inventory and equipment maintenance, reagent preparation, basic data entry, receiving/logging specimens, and assisting senior technical staff with routine laboratory duties.

Provides program and administrative support for the Provincial Teacher Mentorship Office and Office of Professional Learning, including registration data entry and management, responding to complex inquiries, creating and maintaining WordPress registration forms, assisting with student information systems, supporting event planning and execution, tracking budgets and expenses, drafting documents, scheduling, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. Occasional evening or weekend work may be required.

Lead and operationalize UBC's performance enablement practices and GPS platform; design and deliver training, tools, and supports for leaders and HR partners; drive adoption through change management planning, stakeholder engagement, data analysis, and community of practice leadership to embed consistent performance culture and sustainable new ways of working.
