Tenure-track Assistant Professor in Industrial and Organizational Psychology starting August 2027. Responsibilities include research and publication in I/O and management journals, undergraduate and graduate teaching, mentoring graduate student research, community-engaged collaborations addressing urban issues, and service to the department and university. Candidate must hold a Ph.D. in I/O Psychology or related field by the start date.

Provide academic, personal, and career coaching and case management for diverse students; design and implement first-year and workforce development initiatives; track and analyze student engagement and outcomes; coordinate outreach and recruitment; supervise and train staff; build campus and community partnerships; maintain records and evaluate program effectiveness. Flexible schedule and occasional travel required.

Designs and conducts experimental research using laboratory reactors and plasma systems, operates and interprets FTIR/UV-Vis/XRF/mass spectrometry data, develops proposals and publications, fabricates and tests prototypes, documents IP, and provides technical guidance to graduate and undergraduate students while following lab safety protocols.

Provide academic, career, and personal advisement to traditional and non-traditional students; monitor academic progress and eligibility; facilitate applications and administrative tasks; refer students to campus services; maintain student records and generate reports; conduct workshops and professional development; participate in committees and update student materials.

Maintain and repair computer systems and printmaking equipment; provide instruction, troubleshooting, and creative critique to students and faculty; manage the Print Services lab, budget, supplies, and student assistants; design and produce print and digital materials; coordinate with IT, AV, and external vendors.

Lead end-to-end brand strategy and execution for the College of Engineering and Polymer Science to drive enrollment. Use market research and audience segmentation to design integrated multi-channel campaigns (SEM, paid social, email, SEO), manage creative assets and stakeholders, track KPIs, optimize ROI through analytics and CRM data, and coordinate with admissions and university resources.

Lead brand strategy and positioning, oversee cross-channel campaigns and creative content, use performance metrics to optimize marketing, and manage a brand team while aligning stakeholders across the university.

Design, deliver, and continuously improve a law school academic success program; teach skills-based courses and workshops; provide individualized counseling and early interventions; supervise and train fellows/tutors; use technology and data to track student outcomes; coordinate with bar success efforts and serve on academic committees.

Manage and execute athletics marketing and promotions with emphasis on ticket sales. Develop strategic marketing plans, ticketing collateral, advanced promotions, community outreach, and game-day scripts/timelines for a 18-sport Division I FBS department (focus on football, basketball, soccer). Liaise with ad agency, media buyer, university marketing, student fan organization and band, and coordinate sponsorship fulfillment with outsourced staff.

Provide instructional support and critique, maintain safe studio and equipment (including kilns), manage supplies and department vehicle, recruit and supervise student employees, assist with gallery installations and fabrication, and support faculty with curriculum, hiring, scheduling, and grant work.

Teach and supervise counseling graduate students in instruction and clinical practice, engage in scholarly activities, participate in professional organizations, use technology for in-person/hybrid/online instruction, and fulfill application and hiring requirements including credential verification and background check.

Tenure-track faculty position in Accounting (Assistant or Associate Professor) beginning August 2027. Responsibilities include teaching undergraduate and graduate courses (strong need in taxation), conducting scholarly research, and service to the department, university, and profession. Candidates must demonstrate excellence in teaching, research productivity, and service; degree requirements must be completed by August 23, 2027.

Assist with planning and organizing various events including space layout, entertainment, and facilities management. Responsibilities include ushering, assisting with parking, and post-event breakdown.
