Oversee accessibility testing services, including exam scheduling, proctoring, test security, database management, reporting, office administration, and customer communication. Tenure-track Assistant Professor responsible for university-level teaching and conducting research in the mathematics of data science and/or scientific computing. The role includes developing an active research program, directing student research, collaborating across mathematics, engineering, biosciences, and university initiatives, and pursuing external funding. Candidates must hold a PhD in mathematics or a related field by employment and demonstrate teaching experience. Postdoctoral experience is preferred.

The Visiting Assistant Professor teaches and helps design nurse anesthesia curriculum, coordinates faculty assignments, provides classroom, simulation, and skills-lab instruction, advises students, supports admissions and accreditation activities, and maintains clinical placement records and agreements. The role participates in committees, advises DNP projects, networks with academic and professional organizations, pursues continuing education, and maintains active CRNA practice.

Administer employee personnel actions, records, compensation and classification data in Workday. Manage the employment process from requisition through onboarding, including recruiting workflows, payroll deadlines, background checks, offers, and personnel audits. Provide HR workflow support, troubleshoot inquiries, ensure compliance with regulations and agreements, and communicate with applicants, departments, and campus stakeholders.

Leads business intelligence and institutional research reporting using enrollment and university data. Develops dashboards, visualizations, queries, forecasts, and analyses to support strategic decision-making. Manages ad hoc information requests, integrates internal and external data, ensures data quality, and communicates complex findings clearly. Supervises and mentors departmental staff, assigns work, advises analysts, and supports reporting improvements while maintaining awareness of sensitive-data requirements such as FERPA.

Manage and execute athletics marketing and promotions with emphasis on ticket sales. Develop strategic marketing plans, ticketing collateral, advanced promotions, community outreach, and game-day scripts/timelines for a 18-sport Division I FBS department (focus on football, basketball, soccer). Liaise with ad agency, media buyer, university marketing, student fan organization and band, and coordinate sponsorship fulfillment with outsourced staff.

Directs the university’s HVAC department, including building automation, energy center, and HVAC distribution operations. Manages supervisors, hiring, training, compliance, repairs, contractors, and capital projects. Develops campus energy-management strategies, commissions new buildings, reviews engineering plans and specifications, oversees equipment replacements, and ensures contract compliance. The role supports safe, comfortable, and efficient learning environments.

Leads the university Outdoor Adventure program, overseeing climbing wall operations, outdoor trips, equipment rentals, special events, student staff, safety procedures, risk management, and program resources. Develops inclusive recreational and experiential learning opportunities, manages logistics and facility software, maintains certifications and records, and supports revenue-generating activities. The role requires supervision, instruction, equipment lifecycle management, compliance with safety standards, and occasional non-traditional work hours.

Teach and supervise counseling graduate students in instruction and clinical practice, engage in scholarly activities, participate in professional organizations, use technology for in-person/hybrid/online instruction, and fulfill application and hiring requirements including credential verification and background check.

Assist with planning and organizing various events including space layout, entertainment, and facilities management. Responsibilities include ushering, assisting with parking, and post-event breakdown.

Responsibilities include research and publication in I/O and management journals, undergraduate and graduate teaching, mentoring graduate student research, community-engaged collaborations addressing urban issues, and service to the department and university. Candidate must hold a Ph.D. in I/O Psychology or related field by the start date.
