Oversee accessibility testing services, including exam scheduling, proctoring, test security, database management, reporting, office administration, and customer communication. Supervise student employees, maintain confidentiality and compliance with FERPA, ADA, and Section 504, troubleshoot computer-based exams, manage supplies and funds, and support testing programs and the Associate Director.

Teaches in-person nursing courses, develops and evaluates curriculum and learning materials, supports student progress and RN-BSN completion, grades student work, participates in committees and curriculum improvement, maintains nursing credentials, and supports accreditation, recruitment, retention, and university goals.

Provides legal counsel to the university on athletics, trademarks, complex contracts, litigation, property transactions, research agreements, intellectual property, bids, privacy compliance, and foundation matters. Drafts, negotiates, reviews, and approves contracts while supporting contract administration. Requires an Ohio law license, law degree, and at least six years of relevant legal experience, preferably in higher education or public employment.
