Provide day-to-day ERP and EDI operational support, troubleshoot transaction and integration issues across order-to-cash and fulfillment workflows, manage trading partner onboarding and mappings, document root causes and procedures, and coordinate with IT and business teams on system changes, testing, and process improvements in a remote support role.

Manage and maintain the customer data platform and marketing technology stack (Data Cloud primary, Marketing Cloud secondary). Own data model, identity resolution, segmentation, data quality governance, integrations, and Marketing Cloud technical admin. Serve as IT intake for marketing technical requests, translate business needs to technical specs, coordinate implementations, provide training, and monitor platform health and data flows.
