Seasonal onsite event assistant supporting Halloween on the Hill. Duties include visitor services, retail and concessions sales, check-in, parking, monitoring safety, and helping with event setup/breakdown. Requires strong customer service, teamwork, and ability to work nights/weekends and in all weather.

Seasonal, onsite role to support setup, operation, and breakdown of Halloween on the Hill. Install lights/sets, perform maintenance, assist visitor services (retail, check-in, concessions, parking, safety monitoring), and work nights/weekends August–November.

Lead financial strategy and operations for a large nonprofit, overseeing accounting, FP&A, endowment and cash forecasting, budgeting, audits, M&A/affiliations analysis, systems and controls, and board reporting. Serve as strategic advisor to the CEO and represent the organization externally while building and leading a high-performing finance team.

Manage end-to-end accounts payable and accounts receivable processes: process vendor invoices and vendor payments in MineralTree, administer AR in BILL, create and post invoices to NetSuite, apply payments, handle collections and deposits, reconcile third-party systems with the general ledger, support month-end close, maintain records, and assist with audits and ad hoc financial analysis.

Deliver pop-up nature-based play and educational programs for children and families across southeastern MA. Plan, market, and run community events, coordinate partners and volunteers, maintain equipment, collect program data, and drive a commercial van. Work outdoors in variable weather; support outreach to increase engagement with Trustees properties.

Lead enterprise-wide fundraising strategy and a $300M+ comprehensive campaign; personally manage top donor portfolio; build development infrastructure, CRM-driven operations, and a high-performing team of ~20; partner with CEO, Board, finance, and program leaders to translate mission into philanthropic opportunities and foster an organization-wide culture of philanthropy.

Lead and supervise stewardship staff, seasonal employees, and volunteers to maintain trails, facilities, and landscapes. Operate and maintain equipment, perform building and grounds maintenance, support programming and visitor engagement, manage safety and volunteer rescue, assist with budgets and projects, and work nights/weekends as needed.

Lead annual operating, restricted, and capital budgeting, produce monthly management reporting and variance analysis, manage rolling forecasts and driver-based financial models, perform scenario planning and financial projections, support capital planning and insurance renewals, provide financial insights to senior leadership, oversee forecasting inputs and financial systems administration, and supervise two staff members.

Perform year-round landscape and property maintenance for Boston Community Gardens: mowing, trimming, invasive species control, irrigation, light carpentry/plumbing, tree and trail work, equipment and vehicle operation, volunteer coordination, and support for nursery propagation and stewardship projects. Work is field-based, onsite, and requires outdoor work in all seasons.

Lead frontline fundraising execution for a $350M+ campaign by managing donor portfolios, coaching fundraisers, coordinating cross-program donor strategies, driving pipeline and solicitation plans, and personally securing major gifts. Partner with senior leaders, Development Operations, and volunteers to translate campaign priorities into measurable fundraising outcomes and ensure disciplined CRM use and stewardship.

Provide visitor welcome, admissions, front desk support, security oversight, and event assistance at deCordova Sculpture Park & Museum. Facilitate admissions and group/membership transactions, answer inquiries, enforce museum policies, support event setup and vendor coordination, and perform light physical tasks including lifting and golf cart operation.
