Teams at The Trustees of Reservations

Manage venue sales and event execution for weddings, corporate events, and social bookings at deCordova Sculpture Park & Museum. Responsibilities include generating leads, conducting venue tours, closing bookings, meeting revenue goals, coordinating caterers and vendors, managing event logistics and calendars, supervising day-of operations, maintaining client records, and delivering exceptional client experiences. The role also supports portfolio-wide revenue growth, partnerships, memberships, and ancillary sales.

Provides administrative and operational support to regional staff across multiple properties. Responsibilities include scheduling, calendar management, payroll assistance, purchasing, invoicing, expense tracking, records maintenance, seasonal hiring and onboarding coordination, internal communications, inquiry handling, event support, and supply management. The role works with regional leadership and statewide teams and occasionally assists at regional properties.

Supports setup, operation, guest service, and breakdown for seasonal Pumpkin Show and Winterlights events. Duties include decorating, installing displays, moving materials, greeting visitors, ticket scanning, concessions, wayfinding, crowd management, answering questions, and safely storing equipment. Requires outdoor work, physical stamina, teamwork, a valid driver’s license, work authorization, and a satisfactory background check.
