Supports setup, operation, guest service, and breakdown for seasonal Pumpkin Show and Winterlights events. Duties include decorating, installing displays, moving materials, greeting visitors, ticket scanning, concessions, wayfinding, crowd management, answering questions, and safely storing equipment. Requires outdoor work, physical stamina, teamwork, a valid driver’s license, work authorization, and a satisfactory background check.

Manage sales and execution for weddings, corporate events, and private functions at a historic venue. Responsibilities include generating leads, conducting tours, closing bookings, meeting revenue goals, coordinating caterers and vendors, managing event logistics and calendars, supervising event-day operations, maintaining client records, and delivering excellent client experiences. The role also supports portfolio-wide revenue growth, ancillary sales, memberships, and organizational partnerships.

Manages a portfolio of approximately 150 major-gift donors and prospects, securing five- and six-figure gifts to support a $325M+ campaign and broader organizational priorities. Responsibilities include prospect identification, donor cultivation, solicitation, proposal development, gift closure, stewardship, CRM tracking, prospect research, campaign pipeline management, regional partnerships, and donor events. The role requires travel across Massachusetts and some evening and weekend availability.
