Administers university payroll and leave programs, including payroll reporting, reconciliations, corrections, tax compliance, retirement reporting, compensation changes, deductions, FMLA and other leave processes. Trains HR contacts and managers, maintains payroll forms and webpages, processes manual checks, supports direct deposit, handles employment verifications, and communicates payroll and leave policies. Collaborates with accounting and shared-services partners to ensure accurate and timely payroll administration.

Provide Tier 2 end-user technology support for faculty, staff, and students across Windows, macOS, and mobile environments. Troubleshoot hardware, software, account access, printing, network connectivity, classroom and lab technology; document and resolve tickets, perform deployments, maintain knowledge base, and assist with technology refreshes and user training.

Responsible for managing capital assets, recording financial transactions, preparing grant reports, analyzing financial data, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Provide Tier II infrastructure and cybersecurity support: monitor and troubleshoot enterprise network and security incidents, assist with vulnerability management and incident response, maintain documentation, support cloud/on-prem systems and identity/access processes, and assist on infrastructure projects and disaster recovery.

Provide executive leadership for accreditation, assessment, institutional research, planning, and regulatory reporting. Oversee data collection, analysis, reporting, continuous improvement, BI tools, longitudinal databases, budgets, and supervise office staff to support institutional decision-making and compliance.

Provide campus-wide support, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of classroom, lab, and A/V technologies. Design and implement instructional technology solutions, train faculty/staff/students, document systems, assist with deployments and lifecycle management, and provide after-hours support for events.

Develops and executes data queries and reporting for institutional effectiveness, supports assessment and accreditation reporting, manages survey and evaluation tools, collaborates on institutional research projects, and provides training and consultation to academic and administrative units.

Serve as Division Chair and faculty for the Nursing Division, providing academic leadership, faculty supervision, budgeting, curriculum and accreditation oversight, teaching, scholarship, program development, student support, and community engagement to advance nursing programs and ensure compliance with university and regulatory standards.
