The Associate Athletic Director & Compliance Officer ensures compliance with NAIA and NCAA regulations, educates staff, supervises recruiting, and oversees athlete eligibility.

Serve as Division Chair and faculty for the Nursing Division, providing academic leadership, faculty supervision, budgeting, curriculum and accreditation oversight, teaching, scholarship, program development, student support, and community engagement to advance nursing programs and ensure compliance with university and regulatory standards.

Manage a portfolio of donors and prospects to identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward support for university athletics; collaborate with coaches and advancement staff to develop fundraising strategies; plan and execute donor events and stewardship; prepare proposals and reports; track interactions in the CRM; ensure NCAA compliance; represent the university at events and support campaigns.

Provides administrative support including planning, coordinating operations, managing project requirements, and communications with various departments.

Responsible for managing capital assets, recording financial transactions, preparing grant reports, analyzing financial data, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Provide campus-wide support, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of classroom, lab, and A/V technologies. Design and implement instructional technology solutions, train faculty/staff/students, document systems, assist with deployments and lifecycle management, and provide after-hours support for events.

The role involves teaching engineering management courses, managing student admissions, overseeing curriculum, conducting research, and engaging in community outreach.
