Provide campus-wide support, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of classroom, lab, and A/V technologies. Design and implement instructional technology solutions, train faculty/staff/students, document systems, assist with deployments and lifecycle management, and provide after-hours support for events.

Coordinate and implement a grant-funded educator pipeline program for rural Northeast Texas: recruit and engage students, manage district partnerships, plan events and professional development, collect and report program data, assist certification-related data and recordkeeping, supervise student workers, support grant compliance and travel to partner districts.

The role involves teaching engineering management courses, managing student admissions, overseeing curriculum, conducting research, and engaging in community outreach.
