The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, early childhood knowledge, ADA understanding, computer proficiency, and occasional travel to centers or professional events.

Supports the daily administration and operations of a childcare center, including licensing compliance, records, family tours, family relationships, teacher support, curriculum implementation, and classroom coverage. Ensures children receive safe, high-quality, developmentally appropriate care and education while maintaining positive relationships with families, staff, regulators, and the community.
