Provides safe, nurturing after-school care and creates engaging learning environments for children. Supports social-emotional development, encourages learning through curriculum and enrichment programs, and partners with families through app updates and daily communication. The role requires childcare experience, required education or credentials for lead teachers, background and health checks, and the ability to lift up to 30 pounds.

Assist with daily childcare center operations, licensing compliance, administrative records, family tours, and staff support. Partner with families, teachers, licensing representatives, and the community while supporting curriculum implementation and classroom operations. The role requires childcare center management experience, early childhood education qualifications, Colorado Shines Level 3 or higher, computer proficiency, and a commitment to high-quality child care and education.

Assist with daily childcare center operations, state licensing compliance, administrative records, family tours, and staff support. Build positive relationships with families, teachers, regulators, and the community. Support curriculum implementation and developmentally appropriate classrooms, while working directly in classrooms as needed. The role requires childcare center management experience, Colorado Shines Level 2 status, Large Center Director qualification, computer proficiency, and a passion for early childhood education.
