Support daily operations of a licensed childcare center: administrative duties, licensing compliance, family tours and partnerships, teacher support and curriculum implementation, record keeping, and occasional classroom assistance to ensure high-quality early childhood care.

Support the Training Director in overseeing daily childcare center operations, ensure state licensing and company policy compliance, manage administrative and financial tasks, support teachers and families, perform tours and record-keeping, and work in-classroom as needed to maintain quality care and curriculum implementation.
