Supports childcare school administration and daily operations while training with a director. Responsibilities include maintaining licensing and company compliance, managing records, conducting family tours, supporting teachers and curriculum implementation, assisting in classrooms, overseeing operational and logistical functions, and building positive relationships with families, staff, licensing representatives, and the community.

Assists with daily childcare center operations, licensing compliance, administrative duties, family tours, recordkeeping, and staff support. Partners with families, teachers, licensing representatives, and the community; supports curriculum implementation and developmentally appropriate classrooms. Provides classroom coverage when needed and helps ensure high-quality care, education, safety, and policy compliance.
