Provides strategic administrative and executive support to the Director of International Missions. Manages priorities, communications, project tracking, relationships, event logistics, and organizational systems. The role filters requests, communicates on the Director’s behalf, coordinates with staff, missionaries, and global partners, and supports church-wide events and additional administrative needs.

Provides administrative, operational, and logistical support for a church campus. Responsibilities include calendar and budget tracking, financial reconciliations, communications, database updates, event coordination, supply ordering, room reservations, printing, website updates, and coordination with central staff. The role also supports the Campus Pastor, participates in staff meetings and training, and serves at church-wide events. The position is expected to work 20 hours per week.

The Associate Director of HR partners with the HR Director, primarily managing benefits administration and coordinating talent acquisition. Responsibilities include benefits enrollment and claims support, leave processing, ACA compliance reporting, employment-law compliance, onboarding and transitions, interview process oversight, HRIS data integrity, employee record audits, and HR reporting. The role also supports compensation research, strategic HR initiatives, staff development, and represents HR when the Director is unavailable.

Provides part-time technical accounting support, including reviewing bank and benefit reconciliations, preparing and approving journal entries, overseeing payroll accounting, monitoring medical claims activity, and ensuring accurate, compliant financial reporting.

Provide child care at special events, ensuring safety protocols are followed, while engaging positively with children and communicating with staff and parents.

Responsible for weekend service execution and managing the production team at West Cary Campus, overseeing setup, training volunteers, and troubleshooting production issues.

Lead and develop campus worship ministry by planning and executing congregational gatherings, recruiting and training musicians, coordinating with pastoral and production staff, discipling worship volunteers, and supporting central worship team and church-wide events.
