Provide child care at special events, ensuring safety protocols are followed, while engaging positively with children and communicating with staff and parents.

Responsible for weekend service execution and managing the production team at West Cary Campus, overseeing setup, training volunteers, and troubleshooting production issues.

Coordinate and manage cross-department projects using Asana, ensuring tasks stay on schedule and within scope. Serve as liaison between central ministries and campuses, provide status updates to stakeholders, help evaluate risks, lead meetings, and support leadership with execution plans. Support church-wide event staffing as required.

Lead and develop campus worship ministry by planning and executing congregational gatherings, recruiting and training musicians, coordinating with pastoral and production staff, discipling worship volunteers, and supporting central worship team and church-wide events.

Execute and shape digital communications across website, app, email, landing pages, and other channels. Partner with creative, ministry, and Rock teams to implement plans, tell stories of life change, and recommend improvements to strengthen online presence and engagement.

Manage accounts payable and vendor setup, review and approve credit card transactions in Ramp, input invoices and print checks, maintain vendor/W9 records, produce spending reports, assist staff with Ramp questions, and perform miscellaneous accounting tasks to ensure accurate financial statements per US GAAP.
