Part-time HR Specialist supporting full employee lifecycle: recruiting, onboarding, internships, I-9 and E-Verify compliance, employee records, payroll/benefits support, HR mailbox triage, and compliance reporting. Works with ADP and hiring managers across multiple states and entities, escalating complex issues to the Director of People & Culture.
