Conduct GIS requests for the Atlanta office, consult with brokers, and produce maps, demographic analyses, reports, web applications, dashboards, and StoryMaps. The role requires ArcGIS-based spatial analysis, trade-area and drive-time analysis, data preparation, and visual storytelling for technical and non-technical audiences. The analyst will also monitor Georgia retail trends, manage workloads independently, and use AI tools such as Claude in daily work.

Provides in-office administrative and brokerage coordination support, including phone and appointment management, meeting coordination, document preparation, filing, office supplies, client reception, marketing materials, database maintenance, property research, client reports, legal document tracking, expense reporting, signage coordination, and basic IT troubleshooting.
