Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions: enter and monitor orders, provide status updates, process returns/warranty claims, create service tickets, schedule technician appointments, de-escalate complaints, maintain account records, and support customers via phone, email, chat, or in person.

Engage customers inside partner retail stores to capture contact information and generate HVAC sales leads. Educate customers on products, provide excellent customer service, record lead data, and report consumer feedback to management. Work on-foot for extended periods and may cover multiple store locations and shifts, including weekends and evenings.

Manage HVAC installation operations including hiring, coaching, scheduling, materials procurement, and coordination between crews, customers, vendors and office. Ensure installations meet codes and customer service standards, resolve field issues, supervise installers, and oversee documentation, safety, and equipment maintenance.

Sell general maintenance packages and upsell to enhance customer experience. Handle inbound calls and contact previous customers, provide product information, build long-term customer relationships, meet monthly sales targets, and perform related office duties.

Provide IT support and incident response across servers, desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and cloud services. Manage Office 365, Entra/Intune, Teams, Exchange, Ubiquiti networks, and MDM. Perform change management, asset tracking, disaster recovery support, security audits, patching, and vulnerability management. Document processes, coordinate vendors, participate in on-call rotation, and recommend continuous IT improvements. Support agentic AI services such as M365 Copilot and Anthropic Claude.

Fabricate and assemble custom sheet metal products and ductwork for HVAC systems using plasma tables, press brakes, roll forming, welding/clinching, and hand tools; read drawings, verify dimensions, and operate shop equipment including forklifts.

Serve as first point of contact for customers via phone and email, schedule and coordinate plumbing appointments with technicians, maintain customer records, handle permits and contract paperwork, resolve customer concerns, and contribute to process improvements.

Coordinate daily HVAC service and installation schedules, dispatch and support technicians, communicate with customers and vendors, track jobs from call to completion and billing, ensure safety and quality standards, assist with parts ordering, warranties, permits, and process improvements to optimize department performance.

Conduct in-home HVAC sales consultations, assess customer needs (including attics/crawl spaces), recommend equipment solutions, collaborate with team to ensure smooth installations, and close high-value residential HVAC sales.

Part-time in-store Brand Ambassador who greets shoppers, answers basic HVAC questions, and uses a mobile app to schedule free in-home estimate appointments. No cold calling or closing sales; focuses on customer engagement, distributing information, collecting feedback, and coordinating with sales and service teams.

Meet with homeowners to assess HVAC needs, present customized system solutions and financing, close sales on replacements/upgrades, follow up for satisfaction, and coordinate with installation teams. Commission-only role with company leads and training.

Perform HVAC duct cleaning and inspections using vacuum systems, brushes, and air tools; remove debris and mold, maintain equipment, follow safety and PPE protocols, document work, and communicate with customers and team members.

Manage residential HVAC and plumbing construction projects from inception to completion: schedule, coordinate builders/homeowners/vendors, review plans/contracts, track budgets and labor, conduct site visits for quality and safety, liaise between field teams and clients, and work with estimating/operations to maintain margins.

Work under a licensed electrician to assist with installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures. Follow blueprints and electrical codes, use hand and power tools, maintain clean job sites, support troubleshooting and repairs, and learn through on-the-job and classroom training.

Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, controls, and lighting; read blueprints; inspect transformers and breakers; troubleshoot with testing devices; perform general electrical and circuit breaker maintenance; follow NEC and safety rules; travel between shop and job sites; lift heavy items and work in varied environments.

Supervise centralized accounts payable operations across multiple entities, ensuring accurate invoice processing, payments, controls, and vendor maintenance. Lead and develop AP staff, enforce SOPs and segregation of duties, support audits, manage high-risk transactions, drive AP automation and process improvements, and partner with Procurement/Finance to resolve discrepancies while tracking AP KPIs.
