Serve as first point of contact for guests and incoming calls, provide excellent customer service, perform data entry, invoicing, payments collection, accounts payable support, create reports/spreadsheets, filing, purchase order creation, and assist management with administrative tasks.

Install, repair, and maintain electrical wiring, systems, and fixtures in buildings; install conduits, circuit breakers, and connect systems to powerlines; diagnose and repair electrical and HVAC-related issues; test and inspect systems for code compliance; train and supervise others; perform physically demanding fieldwork and follow NEC safety standards.

Sell residential and light-commercial HVAC systems: perform in-home consultations, assess needs, present solutions, prepare estimates, close sales, follow up with customers, maintain records, leverage company leads and training to meet sales targets.
