Oversee performance, compliance, budgets, capital plans, reporting, and resident satisfaction across 10–15 subsidized housing properties in Central and Western Massachusetts. Lead and mentor property managers and on-site teams, ensure HUD and state regulatory compliance, support staffing and employee development, and maintain accountability for portfolio results. Regular travel between properties is required.

Oversee performance, compliance, budgets, and resident satisfaction across a 10–15 property portfolio (mostly subsidized housing). Lead, train, and supervise on-site managers, ensure HUD/state program compliance, manage reporting and capital plans, and coordinate personnel functions with HR.

Performs Section 8 housing compliance administration, including annual and interim recertifications, income and asset verification, rent calculations, tenant file audits, documentation management, HUD compliance, and EIV/TRACS record maintenance. Assists residents with required paperwork and explains program rules. Requires Spanish bilingual skills, strong customer service, attention to detail, flexibility, and teamwork.

Provide administrative and customer-service support for compliance: track and review tenant files, process income certifications/recertifications, update Yardi, ensure HUD/Federal compliance, assist residents with documentation, answer tenant inquiries, document complaints, and perform other property management duties.

Manage tenant file compliance for a HUD Section 8 elderly housing property: complete annual and interim recertifications, verify income/assets/medical info, maintain accurate records and logs, perform file audits, use EIV/TRACS, assist tenants with paperwork, and support property compliance processes.

Provide regulatory compliance support for HUD-assisted housing, IRS Section 42 LIHTC, and state-funded programs; oversee HUD EIV compliance, monitor reports, assist with discrepancy resolution, and travel to properties as needed.
