Directs contract administration, insurance programs, claims management, and risk management for a multifamily housing portfolio. Oversees contract compliance, vendor insurance requirements, renewals, property and liability claims, risk-transfer provisions, incident reporting, loss prevention, insurance records, and cost-of-risk analysis. Partners with executives, property teams, brokers, carriers, attorneys, contractors, and vendors.

Manage annual and interim resident recertifications for HUD and tax-credit housing programs. Collect, verify, audit, organize, and update tenant documentation, including income, assets, and medical information. Calculate interim rent changes, explain compliance paperwork to residents, maintain records and logs, and ensure accurate EIV and TRACS processing. The role requires independent work, strong attention to detail, and light travel across the housing portfolio.

Oversee performance, compliance, budgets, capital plans, reporting, and resident satisfaction across 10–15 subsidized housing properties in Central and Western Massachusetts. Lead and mentor property managers and on-site teams, ensure HUD and state regulatory compliance, support staffing and employee development, and maintain accountability for portfolio results. Regular travel between properties is required.
