Manages marketing strategy, campaigns, paid advertising, WordPress updates, HubSpot CRM and newsletters, prospect outreach, events, collateral, and sales enablement. Provides executive support through calendar management, meeting coordination, reporting, follow-ups, research, communications, document organization, and deadline tracking. The role requires proactive ownership, commercial awareness, strong organization, independent execution, stakeholder communication, and comfort with AI, automation, and multiple marketing platforms.

Provides remote executive and administrative support by managing calendars, inboxes, travel, documents, meetings, deadlines, communications, bookkeeping, invoices, records, workflows, and confidential information. Coordinates with clients, suppliers, and teams while maintaining SOPs and digital filing systems. Generate and qualify new business opportunities through high-volume cold calling, research target markets and decision-makers, build prospect pipelines, and collaborate with sales teams to progress opportunities. The role represents a global foreign exchange firm and requires strong phone-based communication, objection handling, resilience, organization, and a target-driven hunter mentality.

Convert inbound event and group-booking enquiries into confirmed bookings, increase pre-booked revenue, cross-sell venues and packages, manage deposits and booking administration, and ensure accurate handovers to venue teams. The role also includes proactive outreach, CRM and pipeline maintenance, customer meetings, forecasting, activity reporting, and KPI updates while delivering commercially sound, guest-focused service.
