Creates brand-consistent marketing artwork for eight hospitality venues, including menus, posters, social graphics, advertisements, digital screens, and event materials. Manages social content schedules, edits photos and short-form videos, writes captions, updates WordPress websites, builds Mailchimp newsletters, organizes digital assets, and reports on marketing performance. The role requires strong attention to detail, brand compliance, deadline management, and the ability to handle high-volume work across multiple brands.

Manages marketing strategy, campaigns, paid advertising, WordPress updates, HubSpot CRM and newsletters, prospect outreach, events, collateral, and sales enablement. Provides executive support through calendar management, meeting coordination, reporting, follow-ups, research, communications, document organization, and deadline tracking. The role requires proactive ownership, commercial awareness, strong organization, independent execution, stakeholder communication, and comfort with AI, automation, and multiple marketing platforms.
