Responsibilities include scheduling, procurement, budgeting, forecasting, contract administration, change orders, billing, risk management, quality and safety compliance, customer communication, subcontractor coordination, and project financial performance. The role also leads cross-functional teams, mentors project staff, supports portfolio planning, and maintains project records across PMO and business systems.

Responsibilities include scheduling, documentation, permitting, inspections, material tracking, service and preventive maintenance coordination, warranty registration, timesheet validation, payroll support, AIA progress billing, cost tracking, invoicing, and closeout documentation. The role collaborates with project managers, technicians, subcontractors, customers, vendors, and accounting while maintaining audit-ready records and supporting compliance.

Lead and grow residential and commercial HVAC sales across MEP division. Build and coach a sales team, set KPIs, develop strategies, manage pipeline and reporting, collaborate with operations for customer experience, and drive revenue and market share through sales and marketing initiatives.

Lead business development and client relationship management for commercial, industrial, and institutional energy projects. Identify opportunities in energy efficiency, electrification, decarbonization, and renewables; prepare proposals; collaborate with technical and project teams; present to public forums; negotiate contracts; manage CRM and meet revenue targets while supporting project transitions from sale to installation.

Manage full-cycle recruitment, develop creative sourcing strategies to build pipelines, lead onboarding, ensure positive candidate experience, meet time-to-fill metrics, and maintain HR best-practice knowledge.

Follow up with homeowners after Home Energy Assessments to convert assessments into weatherization contracts; coordinate rebates and financing; prepare revised contracts using proprietary software; fast follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction; and collaborate with Energy Specialist teams to remove barriers to project completion.

Edit 2D construction blueprints and create 3D CAD models and detailed engineering drawings. Build complex SolidWorks piping assemblies, enter design specification data into SolidWorks PDM, and collaborate with project teams to prepare plans and specifications for customers.
