Provides administrative and logistical support to field engineering operations. Responsibilities include coordinating travel, processing expenses, maintaining timecards, ordering and shipping equipment, tracking inventory, preparing engineering reports, managing project documentation, entering data, scheduling meetings, and communicating with employees, vendors, clients, and subcontractors.

Provides clerical, receptionist, and customer support services; answers communications, schedules home energy audits, screens customers for program eligibility, creates and updates customer records, coordinates with program administrators and contractors, and resolves scheduling or invoicing issues. Requires strong organization, communication, multitasking, computer, and customer service skills in a high-volume office environment.
