Process and reconcile vendor invoices, manage payment cycles (checks and ACH), coordinate with vendors and purchasing to resolve invoice issues, maintain AP inbox and records, prepare tax exemption certificates, accrue estimated expenditures, and provide general administrative support using Acumatica and Excel.

Perform site visits and data collection to identify and verify energy efficiency opportunities in commercial, industrial, and multifamily buildings. Develop energy savings analyses, cost estimates, and written reports using documented engineering methods. Coordinate financing and utility incentives to support recommended improvements. Travel locally ~50% within MA, NH, and RI.
