Support the Purchasing Manager by sourcing vendors, placing and managing purchase orders, tracking deliveries and inventory, coordinating with warehouse and manufacturers, executing fulfillment audits, and maintaining vendor and warranty records to ensure timely, cost-effective supply of products.

Support HR functions including new hire onboarding, maintaining HRIS and employee records, responding to employee inquiries, assisting recruiting and reception duties, coordinating company events, handling mail, and general administrative tasks.

Manage inside sales accounts: respond to inbound leads, create estimates and sales orders, close sales, meet sales goals, provide excellent customer service, coordinate with operations and billing, manage project administration and client reporting, and use CRM and MS Office tools.

Sell artificial grass by building customer relationships using needs-satisfaction techniques; present and promote products, calculate measurements, maintain customer records, assist with lead audits, and provide exceptional customer service. Work onsite during business hours and collaborate with store staff to meet customer needs.
