Manage and optimize HubSpot CRM architecture across multiple business units. Responsibilities include configuring workflows, maintaining data integrity, managing access and permissions, building dashboards and reports, integrating business systems, supporting cross-functional teams, training users, and implementing customer experience capabilities such as NPS surveys and customer health scores. The role serves as the primary HubSpot expert and continuously improves CRM processes, automation, reporting, and adoption.

Supports the Controller and accounting department by preparing journal entries, reconciling balance sheet accounts, closing monthly financial records, tracking fixed assets, preparing management reports, maintaining GAAP-compliant records, and filing sales and use tax returns.

Manage accounts payable activities across multiple entities, including reviewing, coding, processing, and reconciling vendor invoices and statements. Monitor accounting communications, upload invoices, resolve purchase order discrepancies with purchasing, and enter company credit card transactions. Provide additional accounting support as needed while maintaining accuracy and organization in a fast-paced environment.

Oversee daily fabrication operations for turf products while ensuring safety and quality standards. Train and mentor junior fabricators, collaborate with art and design teams, monitor materials inventory, and conduct quality inspections with corrective actions. The role also coordinates production activities, supports efficiency improvements, and requires physical handling of heavy turf rolls and materials.

Loads, unloads, and ties yarn cones on creel racks for turf manufacturing. Counts and packages finished yarn lots, assists machine operators and menders with two-person tasks, and maintains a clean, organized work area. The role requires warehouse experience, attention to detail, instruction-following, physical stamina, prolonged standing, and lifting or moving materials while meeting production goals.
