Assist tufting machine operator by inspecting and repairing carpet defects, measuring and labeling rolls accurately, recording legible tickets, ensuring correct yarn/colors, mending breakouts, clipping mends, tying rolls for lift driver, and notifying supervisors of unresolved issues. Provide general assistance to operator and creeler and perform additional duties as assigned.

Manage inside sales accounts: respond to inbound leads, create estimates and sales orders, close sales, meet sales goals, provide excellent customer service, coordinate with operations and billing, manage project administration and client reporting, and use CRM and MS Office tools.

Set up, operate, and monitor tufting machines; oversee creelers and menders; perform quality checks, routine maintenance, paperwork, and safety procedures; coordinate with supervisors and QC.
