Processes and codes vendor invoices for multiple entities, reconciles vendor statements, uploads invoices, resolves purchase order discrepancies, enters monthly company credit card transactions, researches vendor issues, and supports weekly check disbursements. The role requires strong organization, communication, attention to detail, Microsoft Office proficiency, and 2–3 years of general accounting experience. It is primarily office-based with some remote work after training.

Manages existing B2B client relationships, develops new business through prospecting and networking, prepares proposals, negotiates contracts, closes deals, and manages lead follow-up. The role also supports upselling, customer retention, account receivables, billing issue resolution, and coordination with marketing, product, and finance teams. Requires strong communication, organization, negotiation, presentation, and CRM skills, along with at least two years of sales or account management experience.

The Account Executive drives new business through prospecting, lead qualification, client needs assessments, proposals, negotiations, and closing. The role manages existing accounts, retention, upselling, CRM pipelines, lead follow-up, and coordination on receivables and billing issues. Success requires strong communication, organization, negotiation, presentation, and sales skills, with proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office.
