The role requires accurate recordkeeping, strong prioritization, timely communication, and coordination across multiple workflows and deadlines.

The role also implements corrective actions, supports production efficiency, and contributes to a collaborative manufacturing environment.

Loads, unloads, and ties yarn cones on creel racks for turf manufacturing. Counts and packages finished yarn lots, assists machine operators and menders with two-person tasks, and maintains a clean, organized work area. The role requires warehouse experience, attention to detail, instruction-following, physical stamina, prolonged standing, and lifting or moving materials while meeting production goals.

Lead HubSpot CRM architecture, data hygiene, workflows, and reporting across multiple business units. Launch new business units, manage user access, integrate systems, train users, and deliver insights to Sales, Marketing, IT, and Customer Experience to improve processes and customer engagement.
