Manage office operations and administrative procedures while serving as primary contact for assigned key accounts. Duties include scheduling, vendor management, order coordination, resolving client issues, maintaining filing and clerical systems, and ensuring a safe workplace. Support cross-functional teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and account satisfaction.

Lead month-end close, general ledger, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, commission calculations, and financial reporting for the Local Distribution Division. Manage and mentor a staff accountant and support leadership with financial planning, store conversions, and performance improvement.

Drive sales of artificial grass by building customer relationships, calculating material needs, presenting products, generating outreach, reporting customer insights, auditing lead protocols, maintaining a clean store, and performing physical tasks as needed.
