Lead the security function for outdoor-deployable AI/HPC compute systems and meshed Kubernetes clusters. Own threat modeling, platform hardening, identity, PKI, secrets, tenant isolation, detection, incident response, software supply-chain security, compliance, and product security. Establish ISO 27001, SecNumCloud, NIS2, and GDPR readiness while collaborating with software, hardware, and network teams. Define security standards, architecture, operational runbooks, and grow the future security team.

Provide executive support to senior leadership through calendar and meeting management, travel coordination, stakeholder communication, action tracking, and preparation of briefing materials. Coordinate collaboration between Poland and Italy, oversee Warsaw office administration and workplace operations, support onboarding, manage suppliers and facilities, and improve administrative processes. The role requires discretion, strong organization, international coordination experience, fluent English, and native or near-native Polish.

Own end-to-end electrical system design for modular Pod, Module, and Shell products, including architecture, schematics, power distribution, protection, cabling, testing, commissioning, and production readiness. Collaborate with mechanical, thermal, suppliers, and contract partners; maintain engineering documentation; and develop solutions involving battery storage, site infrastructure, and potential DC architectures.

Design, implement, and own networking for AI and HPC infrastructure, including high-performance GPU, storage, management, and inter-site fabrics. Define routing, switching, overlays, segmentation, automation, observability, and resilient multi-site mesh architecture. Select network hardware and protocols, collaborate on physical and platform integration, document designs, and validate systems through lab, prototype, and field deployments. Build reproducible infrastructure-as-code and support production scaling across distributed sites.

Own the full sales cycle for AI compute services across Europe, including GPU clusters, managed inference, and hybrid infrastructure. Build pipeline, qualify workloads, design solutions with architects, manage enterprise and public-sector sales, close complex technical deals, develop partner motions, and provide customer feedback to product teams. The role combines technical consultative selling, executive engagement, forecasting, RFPs, pilots, events, and revenue ownership, with frequent European travel from Milan.

Own the full sales cycle for AI compute services, including GPU infrastructure, managed inference, and serverless solutions. Build pipeline, qualify workloads, design solutions with architects, manage enterprise and public-sector sales, lead RFPs and pilots, close complex technical deals, and expand accounts. Develop partner relationships, forecast revenue, maintain CRM discipline, represent the company at events, and provide customer feedback to product and operations teams.
